Today let’s chat with Kristen – besides serving as one of our nurses here at Abbracci Med Spa, she also owns French Farmhouse next door, which is an adorable gift shop selling home decor accessories , jewelry, candles and more. She also happens to be a strong, fierce CrossFit girl!

How long have you worked at Abbracci Med Spa?

I’ve been here for 9 years!

What is your favorite thing about your job?

All of the people I get to work with, and of course all of my awesome clients that I get to visit with while I give them treatments.

What is your favorite treatment at Abbracci Med Spa?

Laser hair removal – never having to shave is the the best! (we agree!)

What are your top three skin care recommendations?

Sunblock; don’t pick at your skin, leave it to the professionals; and get into a good skin care regime and don’t be afraid to spend the money – it’s worth it!

What is the one thing you wish your clients knew about taking care of their skin?

Sunblock everyday is SO important – especially living in sunny Southern California.

What do you like to do when you aren’t working – some of your hobbies?

I love gardening, going to CrossFit, hanging out with my family and friends and traveling.

If you weren’t a nurse, what would you do?

I’d be a Dentist – I’m obsessed with good teeth!

What is your favorite meal?

Sushi or a good steak

Cocktail of choice?

Bourbon, or Chardonnay, depending on my mood 😉

Where would your dream destination/vacation be?

Punta Cana in the Dominican Republic
